Sometimes trucking companies want to force their drivers to act in a different way with our app then our development team intended while drafting the perfect workflow. We are keen to catch up with the adjusted needs of our customers. Therefore we introduced special settings for this scenarios.
To activate global driver settings, please click in the user menu (upper right corner) on settings (second option for the button). If you don't have a box called "driver" you can select this setting pane from the menu on the right.
You will get a box like this
Currently there is only one option to configure called "LTL Shipments preselected". If you deactivate it and save the settings you got promted that this settings are now active. The next time a driver will open a shipment in his mobile app, he needs to select every single shipment per stop before it gots updated with the status he wants to set.
Please keep in mind, this will effect all drivers in all products (milkrun import, milkrun export and tms).
