The very first step to import a rate sheet is to bring it into our standard format. Please create one sheet per (trucking) partner, containing two worksheets named rates and zones.
The first sheet rates can have the following column headers: service, loading, loadingZone, unloading, unloadingZone, 50kg, 100kg, etc. You can create as many columns with weights as you need. One column per breakpoint.
Example:
service | loading | loadingZone | unloading | unloadingZone | 50 | 100 | 150 | 200 | 250 |
pickup | FRA | 1 | 45,90 | 88,12 | 120,33 | 144,10 | 162,9 |
The second sheet zones supports the following column headers: zone, country, from, to
Example:
zone | country | from | to |
1 | DE | 60000 | 60999 |
2 | DE | 61000 | 61999 |
Please note that from and to column should contain only numeric postal codes for germany. More options for other country will be supported in the future.
