Handler

The most important part of being a handler in the milkrun is to accept or decline slot requests of your clients. Chose "slot bookings" from the menu on the left side, and you find a list of all current requested slot at your location(s). If you have more than one delivery location they can also checked separately.

Click on "open" behind each request to get a detailed view and accept or decline a slot request. The requesting party will be informed about the status change.

In theory you have two options (maybe 3). You can accept a slot with a note or you can reject it, if you can't make it. For testing we also allow you to update slots. These might then be reviewed and reaccepted by the requesting party.

If you provide a set of docks / gates to us via E-Mail to [email protected], we can create them for you, so you can assign each slot to a specific dock.
