Trucking companies can create Milkrun tours to handling agent locations and request a slot for their delivery.
Firstly, head over to your requested shipment section and then press the "start planning" button.
Within your planning, select to create a new Milkrun.
Enter the delivery location, loading type and select the estimated delivery time of your tour. The earliest possible time for your Milkrun to arrive will be 4 hours from the current moment.
You will see an overview for the details of the slot that will be requested. In there, you can also change the transport company to one of your sub-contractors if needed. Submit the slot request and it will be sent to the handing agent.
The Slot-Bookings section shows all slots not yet in the past. There you can review the status of your request.
